Okay, I am a novice, First, God did define what he thinks are mistakes (you can choose to filter out the ones man added later) and then he gave you away to be forgiven. So define "blame".

I think we must question the logic of fallible humans who don't know the difference between their own ass and a hole in the ground and who think themselves so mentally superior to the rest of us that they in fact KNOW that God does not exist.

I mean if they cannot understand the basic theology of things like the "fall of mankind" and "sin", why the fuck should I care what else they think?

I don't remember the story of a god who created faulty humans. As I remember, God created a perfect world and placed his children on it (that would be each of us, if my memory serves), each with the ability/gift to choose for themselves. As I watch my own kids grow, I understand a little bit why He would have done this. Sure, I can tell my daughter that the stove is hot, but unless she experiences "hot" first-hand, she will never know what it means. Similarly, I could tell her tell I am blue in the face how awesome it is to feel joy and love, but she would have to experience it herself in order for it to make any sense and mean to her what it means to me. I often think that God put us here so we can have an opportunity to understand, little by little, the love he has for us and the happiness we can someday attain.

you are certainly on the right track Chad. there is also the little thing about us helping each other through the tough times when we have been on that road already. Community is built and we can share the love of Father in practical ways.
