I remember a film from a whole ago where a guy had stickers which read "I am an inconsiderate person" in large black letters on a hunter orange sticker, and he would place them on the vehicles of those who double parked or in handicap spaces when they weren't.

It appears to an epidemic that is getting worse (people parking like a d-bag). Then again, in our current society, common courtesy is similar to stage-4 liver cancer patient on life support hanging off a cliff---all but dead.
