My very first bottle of single malt Scotch happened to be this. The only reason why I bought it was because it was the cheapest bottle of single malt Scotch at the store (At the time I knew practically nothing in regards to Scotch other than a few things I picked up reading Cigar Aficionado.). This was back in the late 90s and the liquor stores in my area didn't exactly cater as much to the higher end booze.
This is one of gonzo artist Ralph Steadman's favorite Scotches.
