This is a Scottish company called BrewDog. They also brew the world's strongest beer at 32% - http://www.brewdog.com/blog-article/214 :)

Shocking might be an understatement.
It looks like this beer is weighing in at 55% ABV. 32% is their Tactical Nuclear Penguin. I've tried that one, and it's pretty incredible.
