      I found this concerning as well. It sets a potentially dangerous precedent. After all, one of the primary reasons we have congress decide legislation is so that it can be properly debated (although unfortunately objective debate between Congressmen seems to be a thing of the past) by both sides in order to properly reflect the will of the people.

      I worry what happens if someone who disagrees with Obama assumes office in 2016 and simply issues their own orders undoing all these changes. We could end up with policies that routinely flip flop every 4 years.
