NO not another state banning them from selling again. What happened to free markets in this country?

      I agree, living in in NY is a drag. Though I will sadly mention they are following Texas, Arizona, and NJ with this ban.

        It stinks of gov't-corporation back room dealing. Someone stands to make $ by stopping this. Strange that TX and AZ are in this bunch.

          Yes, it is indeed $. In each case it's The National Automobile Dealers Association lobby who represents privately owned dealerships that's been behind all this. They've been throwing all sorts $$ at politicians and may be getting their way in OH and NC as well. Iv'e read that for AZ and TX there was also the added fact that these states originally tired getting Tesla to build their factories in their states but they went ahead and built their plant in Palo Alto. Either way eventually it'll go to the supreme court and all these states will loose. These bans violate the commerce clause in the constitution.

    If Tesla wins in the end then all car manufactures should follow suit. Then we can get rid of the creepy overbearing car salesman.
