No this is different because he is simply relaying information, here seen in the form of common sense. Where as the target audience of his information somehow thinks that the evil bastards that deal in kidnapping will care if they hold up a sign in a selfie.

Also worthy to note is Joseph Kony who was the fad bad guy a year or so ago. His cult the LRA was a fundamentalist Christian group. I forget where in Africa he operated in. The continent that looks like a skull in profile.
