Seems to me like he is being unfairly targeted. He obviously has high cheek bones and as Elizabeth Warren has taught us, that fact alone is enough to claim Native American heritage.
Now I like him simply because he pisses off the touchy-feely crowd. Well done.

I actually like and respect him in this age of 'pop music really sucks' that we are living with. But then again I am a boring dad that grew up in the time of great talent like Fleetwood Mac, Van Halen, Bonnie Raitt, Billy Joel, Elton John etc. I have a hard time keeping up with current crap auto tune artists like Miley, Kesha, etc. Pharrell is OK in my books, the kid can sing.

Hearing that, I'll check it out. I value musicality (have a music degree and love most of all JS Bach & Mozart) so all my favorite "pop" music: Zepplin, G-&-R, Pink Floyd, are as current as I get, but I'm always willing to give a qualit musician a chance. Thanks for the info.
