Why would they worry about the US constitution? They don't even follow the California constitution. Note their theoretically illegal response to the Supreme's (lack of) decision in the gay marriage case. Or ignoring the three times the voters voted on initiatives removing the possibility of gay marriage. The initiate system, the darling of the Left, completely ignored if they don't like the result. Can't wait to complete the move to a Free State and be rid of this failing state.
