Men doing their job. Apparently, at it takes to pop a locomotive back up on the rails is some wooden wedges, a sledgehammer, and know-how. I know a number of guys who work for the railroad, and it is hard, dangerous work. Looking at these guys hammering wedges under a 430,000 lb diesel-electric locomotive, you can see why.
