And how about the story the other day that her non-security cleared lawyer got jumped on by the FBI for having a drive(s) with her email that contained classified-about-five-different-ways info? "I didn't use this server for anything classified", my butt! It's pretty bad when ABC decides to stop covering for her.

Tom Brady did not know that someone deflated his balls. Hillary did not know that her emails were top secret or classified. Makes sense to me. I believe it. Really, I do. Really. Yup.

She is part of the ruling class and her last name is Clinton. She doesn't have to be accountable or play by the same rules as normal people...he said cynically.
Do you honestly believe her behavior is indicative of a person who has done nothing wrong?

Not really, but it is interesting that no one has blown the whistle about receiving confidential email from her that originated from the private email server.

I'm sure most in the state department have gotten the memo to shut up and color. Whistle blowers are rarely treated well. If they have documents that are classified and from her server, bringing them to the press wouldn't be a wise decision either. And it could be as you loosely asserted in your original comment, that she did technically not commit a criminal act; her own behavior is doing her the most harm. She does mention that no emails she sent were confidential at that time. Could be the "at that time" part that saves her later.
Give OJ six months with the evidence and enough resources and I'm sure he could avoid charges as well.

Well, we know Sidney Blumenthal did and he was rejected twice by the current administration for positions. Not quite the "watch list", but he couldn't get clearance for any sized bribe, er, "Super Pac donation".
