I would also wager than anyone who uses the word "shibboleth" four times in a single article is being a little smug themselves. ;-)

I'm fairly well educated, and I have no idea what "shibboleth" means. It smacks of asshattery and costs even well intentioned conservative writers credibility points.

this was a very well thought out article. I am fairly certain his use of ridiculous words is tongue in cheek.
