The sleeping giant has awoken. Hasselblad has just announced the worlds first compact mirrorless camera. This 50 megapixel, 100 to 25,600 ISO range camera with custom built lenses is sure to bring the worlds eye back to the Swedish camera maker.

Hmm. Interesting indeed. Great to see a medium format camera but not sure about the lenses. The big advantage to the medium format is the big glass. These lenses look something like a Canon EF. But I will hold on judgement until I see testing on places like Luminous-Landscape. I made the leap from a big SLR to a nice Leica and love it.
