      These were great! Couple of tips. Make sure to use red skinned new potatoes, as they are more firm and waxy and will hold up to the parboil and baking better. I added 1/2 a cup of sour cream for taste and to have more sauce as well as 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper for heat and 8 strips of crumbled crispy bacon...because bacon.
