I prefer In-N-Out Burger's fries, well done. They arrive in the store in their natural shipping container: the raw potato. They wash them, put them in a slicer similar McDonalds' potato canon but they're done one at a time by hand. Fried in peanut oil, lightly salted, and served hot and fresh. Perfection.
