I am seriously considering this truck as my next truck.....over the Ford F350 I had my heart set on. I am a previous owner of both a Dodge and Ford truck so I am torn.

I have had a Ram 1500 Laramie for the past five years and it is the best truck I have ever owned. I would not hesitate to buy another. One of my best friends has the 2500 diesel and feels the same way about his. Meanwhile, another friend who has a fairly new F350 (and is also a certified Ford mechanic) is currently driving his third loaner car while they try to figure out what is wrong with his truck. Just sharing my personal experience. I am sure either choice would be fine but my preference is towards the Ram.

I tend to agree with that experience Razorback.
I owned a 2004 Dodge Ram and drove the hell out of it for about six years.....tires, oil and gas.....that's all I ever put into it. Not a single problem.
My 1999 Ford F150 was good as well but I did have more maintenance issues but they were relatively minor.
Tough decision but I think I am leaning towards that new 2500 Power Wagon in this post. I need to drive it to know but my local dealer doesn't have any yet. Really looking forward to that test drive. I hope it drives as good as it looks!
