This post shows the danger of dissenting, even a little, to the "settled science" and "majority opinion" of climate change. Please adhere to the script. Or else.

No one in this blog post is a climate change denier, they simply arrived at slightly different opinions as to the severity and long range predictions and they were punished. This is a horrible way to do science. If we learned anything (beyond heliocentricity) from Galileo it should be that minority voices should be heard and not punished because of "settled science."

Thanks for posting - that was really good. There is no such thing as "consensus science". That so much of the scientific community embraces the term is deplorable (if I may steal a term and use it correctly).

"We all believe/agree" has zero place in a discipline that requires disproving the null hypothesis versus proving the hypothesis. Too many of these "climate scientists" seem to be doing the latter.
