I haven't given this one a try yet. I'm a huge fan of podcasts in general since I work in an office and have a 40 minute commute each day, but I haven't tried any of the "story line" podcasts yet. Maybe I'll go back and give season 1 of Serial a try.

Season one is good. I liked listening to it, but I will say it probably isn't as good as all the hype has made it out to be. I was actually put off by a good portion of it because it is basically amateur hour crime sleuthing, but it is very entertaining nonetheless.

I agree on all counts. Bergdahl started out really good, then they ran out of material and started reaching--hard. First 3 or 4 episodes had me totally hooked. SEason 1 was great. I listened to the whole thing, driving from Colorado Springs to Austin a couple years ago.

Wow, our experience is almost identical! My wife and I listened to season 1 driving to and from Sacramento to visit our son. I listened to the first few episodes of season 2 and got bored.
