The music spaces in Nashville are akin to their natural resources. They should definitely be preserved and it was really cool of that philanthropist to step in and preserve studio A.
I've been to studio B and during the tour they cut the lights and play a song off that Elvis Christmas album. It is definitely something that gives you goosebumps.
