Some people don't know to handle their emotions. My daughter called us a while ago and thanked us for saying "Put your eyebrows up." when she was little. When the kids got made we made them control their actions and she thanked us because she sees people like that poor lady in the video who can't help themselves.
That was funny. Never seen someone go "Jerry Springer" out in the wild like that. I am sure her running into the gas station wasn't her fault either. Bless that Police that had to deal with her.
