Wow, I'm not sure what alternate universe I need to be in for $21.85 psf to actually be less than $5 psf, but until I'm there or this disparity is MUCH closer, there's no way I'm doing this.
True, big price difference upfront, which is often going to be the deciding factor. Supposedly (according to the graph) the value you save in energy makes it the cheapest option and most competitive roof choice in the long run.
