i actually came up with this idea independently a while back. when i saw it online lately it was cool to see that there are others as wack as i am out there
I actually tend to do mine more like a milkshake and I blend the ice cream and beer with a spoon. I typically use a chocolate or coffee/espresso stout or porter as opposed to a regular stout or porter. One of the best for this is Southern Tier's Creme Brulee, which is the Summer offering in their Blackwater series of stouts.
