As Rush Limbaugh once said, "It is a sign of a loving God that animals are stupid." in reference to the way people put their food on a pedestal before eating it.
Frankly, I don't care. I'm going to gut it, pluck it, brine it, slather it, season it and then smoke its juicy legs, thighs, wings and breasts on my Trager for a couple of hours then devour with a side of potatoes, corn, green beans, garden salad and top it off with a nice bowl of vanilla bean ice cream.
The way God intended.
