        I don't know what nuance you're putting on those two adverbs, but I generally support majoritarian rule over minoritarian rule, and while I understand there are a lot of upsides to the principle of Federalism with the federal government and the states being in a tug of war, I don't se a lot of value in the way the Electoral college gives a person in Wyoming or Nebraska more of a say in the general election than a person in California or Texas, on the basis that the states are supposedly distinct and equitably endowed entities.

          I’m sorry, but I must disagree. States are and should be/remain distinct and equitably endowed entities. This allows policy to be set closer to the local level. The electoral college was not a mistake, it is absolutely fundamental and should not be eliminated just because it didn’t work in ones favor.
