Meonhill Reserve Brut - my new favourite English Sparkling Wine. This one ticks all the right boxes - it is good, it is not too expensive and the vineyards are about 10 minutes from where I live. And it is made by a French Champagne producer, so plenty of experience behind the wine as well. I highly recommend it!!

Have you tried the Upperton Brut, one of the best bottles of champoo I have tried this side of Gosset.

I don't know the Upperton wine, I will have to check it out. The Meonhill is one of the better English Sparklings I have tried, and it should be with a Champagnois winemaker behind it. The Upperton certainly has a very interesting presentation.
