I love my Vibrams.
I've had both knees jacked up but the barefoot style takes the pressure off my knees. :D

I actually ran a few miles in mine this morning. I am in the military and have bad knees from all the running and have no pain when running in these.

I have a pair of these, and a pair of the kangaroo leather kso treks. These are so comfortable, my favorite!
