Is it hard to draw out? Looks like it might be a bit too close to the console to get a quick, comfortable grip. GREAT idea though! I think I'll do the same but add spacers to the top two screws so that the grip sits "out" just a bit. Will need to add a false back to the kydex as well... SWEET!
Badman:I used a 1/2" spacer between holster and carpeting. It seems to be plenty of room to draw the gun. I also found Old Fashion Holster sells Kydex shells that would work well.
Just to clarify! I am not a drug dealer! I think those who don't believe in their right to bear arms are kidding themselves. I travel a lot in the country and you never know when you will have the need to protect yourself. I don't like my gun digging in up against the seat belt! I am just being prepared!!!!
@Grimmett Please keep in mind there are a large number of undercover officers and agents out there trying to stop the "deal" from going down. Not to mention the Second Amendment.
