I'm going to ask a question to the gentlemint crowd, and hope we get some feed back. I've used whiskey stones, and found they had a smell, (like the smell of a shower pumace stone), and it greatly interfered with the enjoyment of my scotch. I haven't used them since. Has anyone had a similar experience. The person who poured me the drink didn't seem to have the same problem.
