This is NOT a decoration. Certainly you could use it as such, but these hand-forged swords are "battle ready". You could cut a frog hair in half with one of these mofo's.
Now... having said that... it's got to be a typo.
I've seen them around, here in Japan at various shows, for less than 300,000 yen, which is around 2500 USD.
