Whose side do we take? Al Quaeda or the Syrian Government? Right now our President has signed onto allowing the CIA, etc. to help advise the rebels, who are also being helped by Al Quada. (Interestingly enough, and somewhat commical: that means that Obama himself could be detained indefinitely by himself for conspiring with and helping a known terrorist organization based on his signing of the NDAA).

Cody, points well stated. I find it curious how he picks and chooses his battles, and how he ignores others. His indecisiveness has allowed AQ to get a foot into a few countries. The 1 person that helped us out is now in imprisoned by our so called ally, and he does nothing to help him, but he takes all the 'glory' of killing bin laden?!part of the reason AQ continues, because they know our leader can't make a decision and can't lead, so they are safe to do whatever, because our military is restrained by its commander.
Obama is a brilliant politician, only does things that he knows will increase his chances for reelection. Only ths year supporting gay rights,'out of the closet' perfect timing before the election for example.
