I like his setup, and would add a black trash bag as well. The idea here being that he clearly looks like he has a well prepped pack. In the event of a mass situation, the streets will be packed with people getting away, i put my bug out pack in a trash bag, i bug out with everyOne else, no one is the wiser.. Oh, you need a gas mask too, and maybe a police scanner, so you can keep abreast of the activities around you, and avoid hotspots .
