Of ourselves he did, because he is in over his head. Obama looked like he didn't care, because he doesn't. Obama doesn't care about people other than himself and his cronies. Biden is just an old avg joe that is trying to fit it, and now trying to get reelected while trying to carry his boss, everybody knows that that is too much pressure for joe.
Sometimes it's easier to laugh away pain and mistakes then to man up and take the blame.
