Pin it! Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon over the Wizard of Oz. Legend has it that Pink Floyd made the album to follow the themes of the movie to the second.

More of a rumor than anything else. However, if you start the album and the movie at precisely the right moment, it does play along well in an uncanny way. We did this 20 years ago and there are moments that make your say "whoa" but it is also obvious it was not intentional on Pink Floyd's part. It's still fun to watch though, especially if you have had a few drinks. If you want to see how Dark Side of the Moon was made, there is an excellent documentary by VH1 Classic Albums. I think most of it is on YouTube.
