He died in the war but I grew up very curious about this photo and got the story from his little brother who became a fighter pilot.

My Grandfather was a tail gunner in Europe and a Bungay Buckaroo. Flew in the Happy Go Lucky which was downed in the North Atlantic after he had finished his tour. There are some great links and places to get info at the B-24 museum in Arizona.
