You are right, the La Caja China roasting boxes are nice. But a base model for a 100-lb pig is $350. And for a nice one, they start at $900 and range up to $1250. But it is certainly an option for those who would rather drop the coin than take the time to build it themselves. Or if yard space is limited. Either way, it is a viable alternative.
