Excellent! So many childhood memories here - brewing ginger beer at home. And you brought up Stone's ginger Wine. We mixed with whisky for what we know as a 'whisky mac'. Splendid way to make an afternoon slip away. thanks again Glen.

We'll be trying the quick recipe soon. Just for clarification, under the quick ginger beer recipe, the 1 pound (2 1/2 cups) coarsely chopped (blank)...... is the ginger?
