The Polynesian Cultural Center (on this video) in Laie, HI on Oahu's North Shore is awesome! They have a village for each Polynesian nation/culture, a midday parade of each culture floating on the water, and an incredible evening show complete with history, song, big drums, Polynesian dancing, and yes, fire walking and fire dancing! Go if you get a chance. Well worth the effort to get there.
